ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY (AUP) – THATSAPI(Messaging Solutions) Last Updated: 17/12/2025 This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs the use of thatsapi.com (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”) and ensures compliance with Meta WhatsApp Business policies, Indian law, and global communication standards. Messaging Violations • Sending messages to users without consent • Using purchased, scraped, or illegally obtained databases • Bulk unsolicited marketing campaigns • Misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent content B. Illegal or Harmful Content • Loan fraud, job scams, investment scams • Cryptocurrency trading, binary options, Ponzi schemes • MLM, chain marketing, pyramid schemes • Gambling, betting, lottery promotions • Adult, sexual, obscene, or pornographic content • Hate speech, threats, harassment, or violent content • Religious or political propaganda • Terrorism-related or anti-national content • Drugs, weapons, or illegal product promotions C. System Misuse • Attempting to bypass WhatsApp restrictions or quality rating • Using automated bots without consent • Spamming templates or abusing automation tools • Unauthorized integrations, hacking attempts, or API misuse • Reverse engineering, modifying, or tampering with platform code D. Data & Privacy Violations • Uploading contacts without legal consent • Sharing confidential information without authorization • Violating privacy rights of end-users • Attempting to access or use another user's account --------------------------------------------------------------------- 4. META WHATSAPP COMPLIANCE Users must follow Meta policies including: • WhatsApp Business Policy • WhatsApp Commerce Policy • WhatsApp Messaging Rules • Template approval guidelines Violations may result in: • WhatsApp number restrictions • WABA (WhatsApp Business Account) suspension • Template rejection • Quality score reduction THATSAPI is not liable for any disciplinary action taken by Meta. --------------------------------------------------------------------- 7. ENFORCEMENT ACTIONS If a user violates this AUP, THATSAPI may take actions including: • Warning or advisory • Temporary account suspension • Permanent termination of account • Blocking API access • Reporting violations to Meta • Reporting illegal activity to authorities • Forfeiture of credits and subscription fees No refunds will be provided for accounts suspended or terminated for violations. --------------------------------------------------------------------- 8. ZERO LIABILITY CLAUSE THATSAPI is not responsible for: • User-generated content • Messages sent by users • Misuse of WhatsApp API • Number bans or Meta restrictions • Illegal or unethical campaigns • Damages arising from user violations All responsibility lies solely with the user. --------------------------------------------------------------------- 9.
