This Source Code & Brand Misuse Disclaimer (“Policy”) applies to all individuals, developers, third parties, and entities (“User”, “Third Party”, “Person”) who download, copy, modify, distribute, imitate, resell, or misuse THATSAPI(Messaging Solutions) source code, brand identity, logos, images, trademarks, or intellectual property.
